Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DoseLog mobile application ("App") developed by Fortivus ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using DoseLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

App Description and Purpose

DoseLog is a utility application designed to:

• Calculate peptide reconstitution: Convert peptide vial contents to injection volumes
• Track medication doses: Log injection dates, times, and locations
• Monitor side effects: Record symptoms and patterns over time
• Visualize progress: Chart weight, measurements, and medication levels

User Responsibilities

Appropriate Use

By using DoseLog, you agree to:

• Use the App responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Verify all calculations independently before taking any medication
• Consult healthcare professionals for all medical decisions and dosing questions
• Keep your device secure to protect your health data
• Use accurate information when entering data into the App

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use DoseLog to:

• Replace professional medical care: Do not use as a substitute for doctor visits or medical advice
• Distribute controlled substances: The App is not intended for illegal drug activities
• Share medical information: Do not share others' health data without consent
• Reverse engineer: Do not attempt to copy, modify, or redistribute the App
• Commercial use: Do not use for commercial purposes without written permission

Accuracy and Reliability

Calculation Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate calculations using standard pharmaceutical formulas, we make no guarantees about:

• The accuracy of calculations for all use cases
• Compatibility with all peptides, medications, or syringe types
• Appropriateness for your specific medical situation
• Error-free operation under all conditions

Your Responsibility to Verify

Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortivus and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or death resulting from App use
• Medication errors or adverse drug reactions
• Loss of data or privacy breaches
• Financial losses or medical expenses
• Business interruption or lost profits

Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Your health data stays on your device
• No account creation required
• Anonymous analytics only
• Full control over your data

Premium Features and Billing

Free vs. Premium

DoseLog offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a subscription or lifetime purchase.

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions: Charged monthly to your App Store or Google Play account
• Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for permanent access to Premium features
• Auto-Renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds: Processed according to App Store/Google Play policies and our 30-day guarantee

Cancellation

You can cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 30 days.

Intellectual Property

The DoseLog app, including its design, code, algorithms, graphics, and content, is owned by Fortivus and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

App Updates and Changes

We may update the App to fix bugs, improve functionality, or add new features. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of the Netherlands.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App and update the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the App after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
