Introduction

DoseLog is developed by Fortivus, a company committed to protecting your privacy and health data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the DoseLog mobile application.

Data We Collect

On-Device Data (Not Shared)

The following data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Medication Information: Peptide names, doses, concentrations, protocols
• Injection History: Dates, times, locations, and notes about your doses
• Health Metrics: Weight, body measurements, progress photos
• Side Effects: Logs of symptoms and their severity
• Calculator History: Your saved calculations and protocols
• App Preferences: Settings, themes, notification preferences

Analytics Data (Anonymous)

We use Firebase Analytics to improve the app experience. This data is anonymous and cannot be linked to you:

• App Usage: Which screens you visit, how long you use the app
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, app version
• Crash Reports: Technical logs to fix bugs and improve stability
• Feature Usage: Which features are most popular (e.g., calculator vs. tracking)

Note: Analytics data contains no personal identifiers, medication names, or health information.

Purchase Data (RevenueCat)

For Premium subscriptions and lifetime purchases, we use RevenueCat, which processes:

• Transaction Information: Purchase dates, subscription status, refund history
• Device Identifiers: Anonymous IDs to manage your subscription across devices
• App Store Data: Information provided by Apple App Store or Google Play Store

• No Social Media Tracking: No Facebook, Twitter, or TikTok SDKs
• No Cloud Storage: Your health data is not uploaded to our servers
• No Email Collection: No account creation or email sign-up required

Your Data Rights and Control

Complete Control

• Export Your Data: Premium users can export all data as PDF or CSV files
• Delete Your Data: Uninstalling the app removes all your data permanently
• Selective Backup: Choose what data to include in iCloud/Google Drive backups
• Analytics Opt-Out: Disable analytics in app settings if desired

Data Portability

You can export your data in standard formats (PDF, CSV) to share with healthcare providers or transfer to other apps. Your data belongs to you.

Account Deletion

Since DoseLog doesn't require accounts, there's no account to delete. Simply uninstall the app to remove all data. For subscription cancellation, use your device's subscription settings.

GDPR Compliance (EU Residents)

If you're an EU resident, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to Access: Request what data we have about you (which is minimal, as most data stays on your device)
• Right to Rectification: Correct any inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data
• Right to Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to Object: Opt out of analytics processing

Data Security

On-Device Security

• iOS: Data protected by iOS encryption and device security (Face ID, Touch ID, passcode)
• Android: Data encrypted using Android's built-in security features
• No Network Transmission: Health data never travels over the internet
• Secure Backups: Optional iCloud/Google Drive backups use platform encryption

Third-Party Security

Firebase and RevenueCat are SOC 2 certified and follow industry-standard security practices. However, they only receive anonymous or purchase-related data, never your health information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app and update the "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of DoseLog after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
